All of our drivers aspire for one ultimate goal, to reach the top of his or her profession and become a paid racing driver. Bob has developed drivers from their first laps in a race car to their first paycheck. Along the way he develops the drivers talent on the racetrack, his attitude and mental conditioning, and his physical conditioning. Bob will help the driver make the best decisions for his career and avoid the pit falls that cause other drivers to stumble or fail.
Single Season Driver Coaching:
Winning a championship is what every driver dreams of at the beginning of a season. With experiance in almost every major professional series in North America, and driving and coaching experiance at every major racing circuit, Bob will provide the training and knowledge to give your driver every advantage, and the opportunity to achieve that goal.
Bob offers in depth coaching plans and reports that help the driver understand what he needs to work on, and where his strengths are. Bob keeps his drivers on task with season long goal setting and between session sevelopment. Bob has experiance as both a shock, and data acquisition engineer with Cunningham Motorsports.

Bob utilizes the latest in video analysis technology, Dartfish, which allows comparative video to be overlayed and replayed together, showing where one driver is fast and another slow in a particular corner, or in the event of an oval race, over an entire lap.
